The objective is to track the performance of MSCI ACWI IMI Smart Cities Filtered index, and to minimize the tracking error between the net asset value of the sub-fund and the performance of the Index. The Index aims to represent the performance of companies that are expected to derive significant revenues from activities associated with the development of new products and services focused on smart solutions for urban infrastructure and to exclude companies which are Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") laggards relative to the theme universe.
