The sub-fund invests globally and a minimum of three-fourths of its total assets (excluding cash) in equity related securities issued by infrastructure companies listed or traded on a regulated market. An infrastructure company is defined as a company that derives most of its revenues or profits from, or commits the majority of its assets to, the ownership, management, development or operation of infrastructure assets (such as transportation assets, utility assets, energy assets and communications assets).
