This is an investment fund established as an Irish Collective AssetManagement Vehicle (ICAV).The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing on a long and/or short basis in U.S. equities (i.e. shares of companies) and equity related securities primarily of small-capitalisation and midcapitalisation companies . The Sub-Fund may also invest in common shares,preference shares and convertible bonds, and to some extent, in companies in Canada and the developed markets of Western Europe. Cooper Creek Partners Management LLC acts as the Investment Manager of the Sub-Fund.
