The Fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in listed equity and equity related securities of small cap companies issued globally. Up to 10% of the NAV of the Fund may be exposed to China A shares listed on the Shanghai or Shenzhen Stock Exchanges, via Stock Connect. Up to 30% of the NAV of the Fund may be invested in Money Market Instruments, equity and equity related securities of companies not meeting the above requirements, which may include large cap companies.
