The fund aims to provide long term capital growth while at the same time promoting certain ESG characteristics and integrating sustainability risks in the investment process. The fund will take at least two-thirds of its total assets in equities of mid cap companies incorporated or exercising a preponderant part of their economic activities in the United States. It will focus on investing in mid cap companies that are undervalued and combine attractive valuation with a catalyst for change. The Sub-fund defines mid cap companies as companies with a market capitalization of USD 750 million or more.
