The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth through active sector allocation and stock selection resulting from changes in economic conditions. The Fund will invest primarily in equity securities and equity related securities including shares, preferred shares, warrants, debt securities convertible into shares of established Japanese companies listed on the Tokyo and Osaka Stock Exchanges or traded on a Recognised Exchange. The Fund is actively managed, with reference to the TOPIX Index (the Index), as further detailed below, for performance monitoring and calculation of performance fees.
