The assets of this sub-fund are invested principally in convertible bonds and the bonds of issuers rated at least BBB-/Baa3 at the time of purchase and maturing within 5 years. The sub-fund may also invest up to 30% of its assets in synthetic convertible bonds that aim to replicate the risk profile of a convertible bond, which may be obtained, for example, by investing in a negotiable debt security and in a stock option.
