Invesco Developed Small and Mid-Cap Eq A USD Acc

The objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in equities of small and mid-cap companies in developed markets. Up to 30% of the NAV of the Fund may be invested in Money Market Instruments or equities and equity related securities not meeting the above requirements, which may include equities of large cap companies.
