The Fund aims to increase the value of your investment over a rolling period of any five years. The Fund is actively managed, and will invest at least 80% in shares of companies that are located in or earn substantial revenue from the United States and, on occasion, Canada. This includes companies listed in the Russell 2500 Index. The companies may be small or mid-sized based on the market value of their shares (i.e. SMID cap). On occasion it may also invest in other financial instruments, for example other funds and rated or Unrated Bonds and Derivatives.
