The Fund is a fund that primarily invests in other funds (fund of funds). The fund of funds will invest its assets primarily in investment funds ("target funds") that primarily invest in equities, equities and bonds (mixed funds), bonds, or convertible bonds. The fund of funds invests primarily in target funds that have an investment focus on emerging market markets or currencies. Investments may primarily be made in country, regional, or global funds.
