The Fund seeks to protect capital and generate attractive returns which exceed those available from similar duration Benchmark Government Bonds. The Investment Manager seeks to meet its objective through investments primarily comprised of corporate bonds rated Ba/B by Moodys or Standard & Poors (or equivalent) with relatively short durations. The Fund primarily invests in publicly traded US$ denominated bonds of corporate borrowers traded on Recognised Exchanges. The Fund maintains a portfolio with an average rating of at least B/B2 or higher as rated by Standard and Poors and/or Moodys.
