The Compartment is a Feeder Compartment of the T-unit of CPR Croissance Ractive, a French Mutual Investment Fund authorised by the Autorit des Marchs Financiers as a UCITS (the Master Fund) and will invest at least 85% of its assets in units of the Master Fund. It may hold up to 15% of its assets in one or more of the following: Ancillary liquid assets, Financial derivative instruments, which may be used only for hedging purposes.
