Increase the value of its assets over the medium term by investing in European real estate companies. The fund invests at least 2/3 of its assets either in transferable securities or in shares and other securities of real estate companies or companies specialised in the real estate sector, and in any financial instruments representing real estate assets. The issuers have their registered offices or conduct the majority of their business activities in Europe.
