The fund aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing worldwide in real estate equities. The fund invests worldwide in listed shares and equity securities of companies whose activities are concentrated mainly in the real estate sector and which take ecological and social sustainability issues into account in their business operations. Particularly important here is the reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. These companies are also expected to maintain good relations with the different parties involved (incl. tenants, suppliers, employees and society).
