The objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve long term capital growth. The Investment Manager will seek to achieve the objectives of the Sub-Fund by investing in small and medium sized companies domiciled or listed in European geographical area and companies with above average performance in human capital management. This strategy is to identify European companies combining financial criteria and the best human capital practices including but not limited to the following criteria: job's stability and creation, training and development, performance management and reward systems, precariousness, turnover etc.
