The fund seeks capital appreciation in US dollars. The fund invests primarily (at least 70%) in shares of companies in developed and emerging markets. The fund focuses its investments on equities of companies in developed countries. It will also promote the MFS Low Carbon Transition Characteristic, an environmental characteristic under Article 8 of SFDR.
