The Fund seeks to invest portions of equity and junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations. The Fund also invests in warehouse facilities, which are financing structures intended to aggregate loans that may be used to form the basis of a CLO vehicle. This typically incur between 4-6 times prior CLO's pricing.
