The Fund is passively managed. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Solactive Global Copper Miners v2 Index (the Index). The Index aims to provide exposure to exchange-listed companies that are active in some aspect of the copper mining industry, such as copper mining, refining or exploration. Companies that are considered for inclusion as Index components, must have a free float market capitalization of at least USD $200 million.
