Fund seeks net growth rate before the deduction of related expenses and Shanghai Futures Exchange futures contract yield considerably. Costs associated with the management fees or operating costs deducted from fund assets, such as management fees, custodian fees, transaction costs. Fund holds a total value of silver futures contracts (buy, sell, netting basis) not less than 90%-110% of the fund's net asset value. Warrants not more than 3%, cash and treasury with maturity less than one year not less than 5%.
