Objective is to track both the upward and the downward evolution of the Solactive Equileap Global Gender Equality Index. The Index is an equity index that provides exposure to the global leading companies in the fields of gender equality, selected through a gender equality screening made by the data provider Equileap, and where components meet ESG requirements.
