The Fund employs a passive management investment approach, through physical acquisition of securities, and seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg MSCI USD Float-Adjusted Corporate Liquid Bond Screened Index. In tracking the performance of the Index, the Fund will invest in a USD denominated portfolio of investment grade corporate fixed-rate bonds that so far as possible and practicable consists of a representative sample of the component securities of the Index.
