The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded Fund that aims to track the performance of the MSCI China A Onshore Index (USD) (Net Total Return) (the Index), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Index captures large and mid-cap representation across Chinese companies with A Share listings on the Shanghai and/or Shenzhen stock exchanges. The Index targets a fixed investable market representation instead of a fixed number of constituents and therefore provides a dynamic reflection of the large and mid-cap segment of the A Shares market.
