The Fund is a passively managed Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF), which aims to achieve the net total return of the S&P 500 Scored & Screened Index (the Index), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. To achieve the objective the Fund will use unfunded swaps (Swaps). The Index is a broad-based, market-cap-weighted index that is designed to measure the performance of securities meeting sustainability criteria, while maintaining similar overall industry group weights as the S&P 500 Index (the Parent Index).
