Bayridge Resources Corp. is a junior natural resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. The Waterbury East project consists of over 1 mineral claim, approximately 1,337 hectares (ha), located over 25 kilometers (km) northeast of the Cigar Lake Mine in the northeastern Athabasca Basin region. The Waterbury East Project has over 200 meters of Athabasca sandstone cover overlying the basement rocks of the Wollaston Domain. The Constellation Project is located in the southeastern Athabasca Basin, 60 kilometers south of the present-day Athabasca Basin edge and the Key Lake Mine and Mill complex along Highway 914. The Project consists of over 13 mineral claims for a total of approximately 11,142 hectares.
